Information you provide
An enquiry form may request your name, email address, optional phone number, organisation, category of enquiry and message. We record the date, your consent to being contacted about the enquiry and an enquiry reference. Please provide only information needed for your request and avoid sensitive identity documents, financial credentials or participant research data.
How enquiries are used
The information is used to review your request, respond to you and maintain an administrative record of the conversation. Authorised staff may add internal notes or assign a request to a responsible team member. An enquiry does not automatically enrol you in a programme or membership.
Administrative records
Administrative accounts store a name, email address, access role and a securely hashed password. Login attempts and important administrative actions are recorded to help protect the website and investigate operational problems. Technical identifiers used for rate limiting are processed for that purpose.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses a necessary session cookie to protect forms and maintain authenticated administrative sessions. The default installation does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If the operator later enables a separate service, the relevant information and consent arrangements should be reviewed before use.
Public media and documents
Materials marked as public by an authorised administrator may be accessible to website visitors. Private uploads and administrative records are not intended for public access. A person submitting content for publication should have the necessary permissions for that content.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records are retained for follow-up and institutional administration for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied through the contact form. A request may require verification before action is taken. Backups may retain earlier records until their scheduled retention period ends.
Service providers
The hosting provider processes the website and database as part of providing hosting. Additional communication or payment providers, if introduced later, should be identified in the relevant programme or service information. The default enquiry form records your request within CARE's website system.
Contact
Use the contact form with the category Privacy or grievance and include the reference number of an earlier enquiry where available. Do not include passwords or confidential documents in the request.
Updates
This notice should be reviewed when the website's data handling changes. Programme-specific notices may explain additional information required for a particular activity.
